The project Fair Cooking is a partnership project between the South Tyrolean gourmet restaurants and 11 shops in the world and wants to be a further contribution to the dissemination of the advantages of fair trade.
The Fair Trade raw materials used in the preparation of dishes from restaurants we selected are not only fair, but very high quality. Using these products Fair Cooking Restaurants Partner to the World Shop and their new dishes on the menu are highlighted fair trade.
The criteria for selection of restaurants and chefs as a partner Fair Cooking is the quality and the need to prepare their dishes, as well as the willingness to use Fair Trade products.
This initiative primarily wants to reach the target group of connoisseurs and discerning consumers high quality ingredients.
The shops of the world in South Tyrol are 11:
3 in Bolzano, Laives, Bressanone, Brunico, Dobbiaco, Ortisei, Meran, Campo Tures and Sterzing.
